Mrs Daphne Capps is the current Chairman of the Trustees and has held this position since 1995.
Mr Garry Dean – Clerk to the Trustees, appointed in May 2023. Responsible for the day to day management of Millingtons.
Maria became Relief Warden in 2014 and was promoted to full time Warden in January 2022. She provides pastoral support for the residents.
The old Millingtons building was completed in 1749.
The cupola and portico at the front were added in 1785.
The cupola above the portico was extensively renovated in 2019.

Residents of Millingtons enjoying an afternoon concert by baritone soloist Peter Edge in the boardroom. This concert was given by Peter to thank Millingtons for their support of his training at the Royal College of Music in London.
The new complex was opened by HRH The Princess Margaret in October 1994. Princess Margaret was guided around the site by former Millingtons chairman, the late Mr Bob Toon.
Planting for colour and seasonal displays can be seen throughout the grounds of Millingtons.
Millingtons is a private haven of comfortable living accommodation for couples and individuals.
Periodically as units become vacant they are refurbished and updated. This photograph and the one alongside show an updated unit in the old building.
A new kitchen and a new shower room were fitted and the apartment was redecorated throughout including new carpets. New energy efficient High Heat Storage Heaters were installed.
