- Periodically as units become vacant they are refurbished and updated. This photograph and the one alongside show an updated unit in the old building.

- A new kitchen and a new shower room were fitted and the apartment was redecorated throughout including new carpets. New energy efficient High Heat Storage Heaters were installed.
